The results are in—the Big Daddy’s Primo Pizza is a success.
Wednesday, the cafeteria offered a free sample of pizza and the students were to vote whether or not they liked it.
A total of 408 students said yes and just eight students said no.
Joyce Weber, the food service director, said the students were also verbally expressing that they liked the pizza as well.
Originally, the plan was to begin serving the new pizza next year, but now Weber plans to get the pizza on the menu by the second week of April.
The pizza will be served as an entrée. Weber says there will be no price changes for the cost of the pizza as a student meal.
