All the world’s a stage, and five Baldwin students had their moment on it Wednesday as they competed in the Shakespeare Monologue and Scene Contest at Pittsburgh Public Theatre.
Kalee George and Michael Bower preformed a scene as a pair while Dennis Doyle, George Kelly, and Rubina Phuyel preformed monologues.
The winners of the contest will be notified by phone in the next week.
Gifted advisor Debbie Renyolds was pleased with the students’ performances.
“I thought they did very well,” she said. “Each performance was fantastic.”
