Zach Bryan’s “With Heaven On Tour” show stopped at Cleveland’s Huntington Bank Field on Saturday, with Bryan doing a great job of mixing old hits with the songs on his new album.
Despite some heavy rain right before the concert, Bryan was still able to play his show on time, as he went on stage around 9 p.m. Bryan ended up playing 35 total songs, playing for nearly three hours.
As Bryan does at all of his shows, he opened up the concert with “Overtime,” and the beginning of the song provided the perfect entrance. Another hit he played was “Crooked Teeth,” which many fans enjoyed, as he had not played the song since 2022.
The overall highlight of the show had to be the end, where he played “Revival” for about 20 minutes. He does this at all his shows, and as he sings, he highlights each member of his band as they play a solo.
His band was great throughout the show, consisting of trumpets, saxophones, trombones, guitars, drums, bass, fiddles, violins, piano, and backup singers.
Part of what elevates him over other artists is his ability not only to sing live, but also his band’s ability. His show provided a true experience of live music.
J.R. Carroll and Dijon opened for the show. Carroll is a member of Bryan’s brand, and he put on a solid show.
Dijon did not do as well. He is an R&B singer, so it did not really make sense for him to open at a country concert.
