Zara Larsson performed at Stage AE on Sunday as part of her Midnight Sun tour, delivering an energetic and vibrant night for her fans.

Larsson opened her set with the title track “Midnight Sun.” This homage to summertime, paired with an incredible performance, set the tone for the rest of the concert.

The setlist included her newer songs as well as her hits from the 2010s. Larsson and her dancers stayed active throughout each performance, hyping up the crowd with their energy. Despite dancing for almost every song, Larsson’s vocal ability did not falter.

The opener, Amelia Moore, delivered an edgy set that contrasted well with Larsson’s overall theme. While many did not know the words to her songs, they were able to follow along through her interactive style that included simple chants and even a verse from Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings.” 

Moore drew new fans with her impressive vocals and powerful stage presence.

As a whole, the concert displayed a preview for the coming summer. Fans enjoyed the irony of experiencing Larsson’s beachy aesthetic while there was a thunderstorm outside.
