It may only be November, but holiday drinks are already out everywhere. Every year, brands rush to release new and unique holiday drinks, trying to come up with flavors that will sell during the winter season. Surprisingly, this year’s lineup is a lot better than last year’s.
Some brands, like Dunkin’ and Alani, revisited their past flavors and tweaked or expanded on their already popular flavors. Others, like Celsius, Bloom, and Red Bull, created entirely new flavors, leading to mixed reviews.
This year’s lineup in particular proves that some marketing and slapping the word “winter” on a drink doesn’t automatically make it a holiday favorite.
