Drake’s new record fails to meet his standards

For All The Dogs is Drake’s 8th studio album

The high anticipation surrounding Drake’s new album For All The Dogs ends with a letdown.

Drake’s large following brings extensive hype for each new album. This has been especially true with For All The Dogs. The album is by no means bad, but by the standard that Drake is held to, it is a disappointment.

The best song on the album is “All The Parties,” which has a great feature from Chief Keef. Most of the features on this release are good, which significantly helps the album.

The most interesting part of the album is Drake’s 6-year-old son, Adonis, being featured on the song “8AM in Charlotte.”

But Drake’s vocals are disappointing in certain songs, including “Calling For You” and “Amen,” which are both heavily supported by features from Teezo Touchdown and 21 Savage.

The worst song on the album is “Another Late Night,” which features Lil Yachty. Drake and Lil Yachty both provide mediocre vocals and lyrics to this song.

Overall, the disappointment of this album is mostly due to the high expectations that were placed on it. While it is nowhere near one of Drake’s best, it is still a solid project.
