The boys volleyball team beat Upper St. Clair 3-1 on Thursday, continuing their undefeated run in their section.
Upper St. Clair got off to a good start, winning the first set. The Panthers served well and had a good outside hitter, freshman Karan Bhujel, a defensive specialist, said.
But the Highlanders were able to take back the game by increasing their communication and improving their coordination, Bhujel said.
Seniors Dylan Leonhardt and Alex Kelly were standouts for Baldwin, he said.
“They won the MVPs of the game and supported the team,” Bhujel said.
Their next game is away against Mount Lebanon at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
