Senior Laura Stumpf has made it through PMEA regionals and into states, which is the top level in the the music competition.
She had to go through eight events, both audition and written, to work up to the state level.
Stumpf has been playing the flute for nine years and still enjoys practicing and performing.
“I look forward to the final performance after all the hard work,” Stumpf said.
The state event will be held in Harrisburg on March 25-28.
