Baldwin’s Art Honor Society is out to brighten Thanksgiving for residents of Paramount Senior Home.
Sponsor Cheryl Foote organized an after-school activity to make Thanksgiving greeting cards for the seniors.
Foote said she believes Thanksgiving requires just as much recognition as the other holidays.
“A lot of times we forget about Thanksgiving and only give special regards on bigger like Christmas. Seeing these cards really brightens their day and shrugs off the loneliness they may be feeling,” Foote said.
Senior Sara Roberto is an employee at the home and she will be delivering the cards.
