Baldwin high school’s bowling team competes at Legacy Lanes in Whitehall.

Baldwin’s bowling team placed 15th in the Western Regionals over the weekend, so they will not move on to state playoffs.

Senior Angelo Mancuso had the best score of the team with a total score of 545 points, and a highest game score of 212.

Junior Brady Malloy said the team could have done a better job taking account of the competition.

“We did not adjust well enough,” Malloy said.

Even though the team did not win, they were able to stay positive throughout the entire competition.

“We kept morale up the entire time,” Malloy said, “We enjoyed it and had a lot of fun.”

The team also did not let the pressure get to them throughout the competition.

“The team did not get too frustrated over anything,” Malloy said

Malloy has hopes for doing better next year.

“Next season we hope to continue doing well and maybe move on to states,” he said.
