The first-ever female Highlander mascot is preparing to make her debut. Junior Morgan Pilarski was recently chosen as the high school’s new mascot.
Pilarski is most excited because she is the first girl to be Baldwin’s mascot. She thinks she was picked because of her loudness and her overall fun personality.
Pilarski said she believes she could help inspire other girls to try out for the position of mascot if they can “live up to the expectations for mascot.”
Pilarski plans on pumping up the crowd by screaming loud and dancing a lot.
