Baldwin’s varsity girls soccer team competes in the 4A division.
The girls soccer team lost to Upper Saint Clair, 7-0, Wednesday night.
Senior Alexa Meyer said the team needed to better defense during the game. Junior Mary Vargo said the team needed to improve on transitioning back during the game.
“We gave them too much time and they dribbled right through,” Vargo said.
Vargo also said that they have to work on timing.
“We kept on stepping too early and they were able to blow past us,” Vargo said.
Meyer and Vargo both agreed that the team needs to be more aggressive and focus more on their moves.
The team’s next game is on Thursday at Steel Valley.
