The cafeteria is testing a new Chicago-style pizza today by handing out free samples and asking students for their opinions of it. Based on comments from fourth period lunch, the results are positive.
Most students in fourth period lunch said they liked the new sample more than the pizza currently served in the cafeteria. But students were split as to whether they liked today’s sample pizza more than the sample that was tested several weeks ago.
“I liked the last (sample) pizza a lot better, but the new sample was still good,” senior Sarah Pender said.
Students shared various opinions about the pizza and were excited about the change in the cafeteria for the day.
“The new pizza is definitely an improvement,” junior Justin Shore said.
But that opinion was not unanimous.
“I didn’t like the new sample very much,” sophomore Katie Werner said.
