The girls soccer team faces Allderdice today after opening the season with a 3-2 victory over Hampton Tuesday night.

Although it was not a section game, the win over Hampton set a good tone for the rest of the season, junior Julie Mainarich said.

Two goals were scored by senior Alina Stahl and one was from freshman Robyn Sopata.

Mainarich said she is optimistic about today’s game and the season moving forward.

“I think we’re going to pull out a win against Allderdice. We played really well against them last year,” Mainarich said.
