The boys lacrosse team won its first game this season Tuesday at Taylor Allderdice High School.

The final score of the game was 18-6. Senior Shawn McDanel led the Highlanders with five goals, while the rest of the scoring was spread out through the team.

The goalie of Allderdice injured himself during the game, and the Dragons had to use their only sub to fill the position.

“It felt good to come together as a team to get the win,” freshman Michel Zemaitis said.
