The Baldwin girls lacrosse team lost its senior recognition game on Monday to Bethel Park 16-7.

Senior Kelsie Muha acknowledged a good effort by the Highlanders.

“It was a tough game overall, but we can improve and become a better team,” Muha said.

Muha was impressed by teammate Emily Neugebauer.

The Highlanders’ next game is at Peters Township Thursday night.

As her senior season progresses, Muha is sad she will be leaving the program after four good years with the team.

“I’m sad I am leaving the game I love, and I will miss all the friends I have made over the years,” Muha said.
