The da Vincian Soceity is having its first trip to Cleveland to visit The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum and the Cleveland Museum of Art.
The trip is a one-day trip on April 13th and is open to the da Vincian Society members and students in the art department.
Instead of the annual New York trip, students will be given the opportunity to go to Cleveland as a first for the club this year.
“I was surprised by the amount of students who said they have never been to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame,” sponsor Jim Wodarek said.
Vice President Kelsey Heenan said the club also discussed going to Niagara Falls, but ultimately decided on a day trip to Cleveland. She said she is looking forward to it, even though she has been to the Rock Hall before.
“I think it will be a lot of fun. I have never been to the (Cleveland) Museum of Art before,” Heenan said.
Heenan said the club expects to have a lot of students sign up.
Club members and art students interested in signing up should see Wodarek.
