New horror film puts on new spin on classic idea

The Autopsy of Jane Doe puts a new spin on the classic idea of a horror film. It uses the same gory nature, because it is based on work in a morgue.

The morgue is run by a father and son, and it takes place in a seemingly normal town after a gruesome murder.

The opening of the movie seems like a normal murder mystery, but things quickly escalate when the autopsy begins.

The movie continues with the main characters Austin Tilden (Emile Hirsch) and Tommy Tilden (Brian Cox) risking all to figure out the mystery. Instead of a lot of normal jump scenes to instill fear into the viewer this film uses more graphic images.

This is not a great movie to watch for the faint of heart, but those who are strong stomached will see how this movie maintains the newly found love of graphic images seen throughout most new films.

The movie takes a few twists that are unexpected, leaving viewers in quite a bit of awe, until the climax, which is pretty surprising. This horror film sets itself up for a possible continuation in the last scene.
