The boys basketball team won its third game in a row Tuesday night, defeating Connellsville, 52-49, in a section game.

“We were expecting to win,” Junior Nick Fiumara said.

The team’s next non-section game will be held Friday at home against Seton LaSalle, their first match against the school in years.

Fiumara hopes to snatch a win, but recognizes that the team as a whole needs to work on certain things.

“We need to work on not turning over the ball over as much, and shooting,” he said.
