Future’s fourth studio album features the same sounds and vulgarities of his previous albums. Many of the beats on Evol are alike, lacking the diversity that most people would enjoy hearing in an album. Some songs, though, do save the album from total failure. “Low Life” features The Weeknd and gives a fresh sound to the album, giving a break from much of the same sounds of Future. “Low Life” also contains fresh lyrics and beats not previously heard on the other tracks. “Seven Rings” also has a different beat, but the lyrics still sound the same as other songs on the album. All in all, Future’s album disappoints, with cookie-cutter beats, similar lyrics and an overall lack of creativity expected from such a huge artist.
