The boys varsity tennis team fell to Allderdice last Friday, ending the Highlanders’ playoff hopes.

The final score was 4-1, with freshman Tommy Ahlin getting Baldwin’s win. Though the Highlanders no longer can make playoffs, they are not ready to give up their season.

“We have two games left, and we still have to work just as hard,” junior Shishir Timsina said.

The team is looking forward to the ending this season strong, and carrying into next year’s season.

“Next year will be better. We’re a young team and we’re all very dedicated,” Timsina said.

The team has its last two games this week, starting with a match against Trinity after school today.
