When visiting a hibachi restaurant, the most important parts are the experience and the food itself. Yokoso exceeds in both elements. The experience itself follows the traditional hibachi style, featuring gigantic flames and sizzling shrimp flipping right before your eyes. Customers can tell that the chefs themselves are experienced too, as each individual chef has their signature touches which ensures every visit will be different from the time before. The thing that sets Yokoso apart, though, is that the atmosphere gives a more sit-down experience, and the service is undeniably fantastic. Every waiter, waitress and chef treats customers with the utmost respect. The high-class restaurant also has what any four-star restaurant should have: incredible food, especially the shrimp and chicken hibachi combo. The savory shrimp and chicken hibachi combo leaves diners feeling full for hours, an attribute most hibachi places lack. The only downside to this near-perfect restaurant is the price, which can definitely get costly and will likely require some planning. But for those looking for an authentic hibachi experience, Yokoso succeeds.
