The boys baseball team fell to Peters Township on Tuesday, 7-1, but the team still sees positive aspects from the game.

“The game does not reflect how we played. (Senior Sean) Kealey pitched well for most of the game,” junior Jon Kozarian said.

The game was 2-0 until the sixth inning, and then Peters went on a big run.

“We did not hit well at all. We can’t wait until the last inning to try and score,” Kozarian said.

This was the team’s first section game. Their overall record is 1-3.

The boys have a section game today against Mount Lebanon.

“We are pressing it. We just have to relax and just play the game,” Kozarian said.
