After being swept by Shady Side Academy on Thursday, the boys tennis team will try to get back to its winning ways today against Central Catholic.

The loss dropped Baldwin to 1-5 on the season. but the boys said that doesn’t reflect how well they’ve actually played.

“We are playing teams that have a lot more experience in tennis than we do,” junior Shishir Timsina said. “We are playing pretty strong, but these kids are very good. We definitely aren’t handing anyone any wins.”

As for today, Timsina said Central Catholic has been good in the past.

“Last year they were a pretty good team and they beat us.” Timsina said. “But I can tell you that we have a much better chance this season than we did last season. We are a much better team than before.”
