The boys lacrosse team looks to kick off its season on a high note when they travel to Trinity High School for a game tonight.

With an offense led by senior attacker Alex Murray and sophomore Colton Abate, the team looks to start fast.

“Whenever we play well on offense, it tends to carry over to the defense and vice versa. We defeated them last year, and if we play together, success should carry over to this year as well,” Abate said.

The team is down in players, but still has leadership from upperclassmen that should help them tonight.

“The coaches along with the seniors help a lot. They have prepared us for this game. Now all we have to do is stick to the strategy and play like we know how,” Abate said.
