Sophomore Alana Martucci came in first place for the second year in a row for her hoop dancing routine at Baldwin’s annual talent show on Thursday night.
“I definitely felt very accomplished after winning for a second year,” Martucci said.
Martucci has been hoop dancing for 17 months. She plans on performing another hoop dance routine at next year’s talent show.
Sophomore Katie Zemaitis placed second with her cover of Sam Smith’s “Lay Me Down.”
The event also featured various singing acts and two bands, as well as one comedy routine and a piano performance.
The lacrosse team hosts the event to raise money for the team as well as a charity of its choice.
