The Baldwin bowling team was victorious against Neighborhood Academy on Wednesday, moving their perfect record to 7-0.
The Highlanders were able to win in convincing fashion, as they won by 950 pins. Senior Nico Puglin said senior Jonathan Clemons and freshman Joe Renzi stood out for Baldwin.
“Jon and Joe were both able to bowl multiple 200 pin games that really helped us get the big lead that we finished with,” Puglin said.
Puglin also bowled well.
“I was able to bowl a 600 pin series,” he said.
Barring a serious downturn, Baldwin now has a clear path to earning the section title, Puglin said.
The team will play Bishop Canevin at home next Wednesday.
