Boys baseball lost 4-3 against Central Catholic on Thursday.

Junior Dylan Lacher said the team struggled to score.

“The biggest weakness for the game was that we didn’t score runners when we had opportunities,” Lacher said.

Even though the team lost, Lacher and junior Bryce Jones said the pitchers played well.

“Carson Chapel and Dylan Snyder pitched very well and kept us in the game,” Lacher said.

Jones believes the team needs to have a better mindset and hopes to improve their ability to score for their next game.

Lacher said the team hit well at the game even though they struggled to score.

“I think we had good at bats yesterday and got a lot of runners on,” Lacher said, “We put a lot of pressure on Central’s pitchers.”

The team’s next game will be on Monday against Canon Mac.
