Reserved and rejected son Jackson Dragon, played by John Owen Lowe, is asked to help save the biotech company owned by his genius and abnormal father, Ellis Dragon, played by Rob Lowe. Jackson’s mother recently passed away, which has caused his father to act more oddly, almost ruining the company’s image.

Though Jackson dreads having to come to help his father, the mission ends up giving him much-needed clarity for his and his father’s relationship. As they work on their relationship, they go through various obstacles.

This short series is incredibly interesting. Having a father and son direct a series and also play in it as a father and son is a fun concept, and it causes the acting to seem more realistic.

The show is also funny, with humor that is quirky. There are many unhinged scenes and moments, which gives the show a “sitcom” feeling. The cast especially is diverse in their personalities, but are all hilarious.

The show is also serious and wholesome. Throughout the series, the father and son have to face their differences, which ends up adding a bittersweet but important tone to the show.

Though not as important to the plot of the movie, the direction style and the overall style of the setting gives the show a playful and fun side. There are also a lot of sound effects and fun music, which make the show more light-hearted.

Overall, this series is quirky, funny, and wholesome.
