The girls swim team defeated Elizabeth Forward on Tuesday, while the boys team lost by just three points.

“The girls did really well,” sophomore Hailey Dietz said. Sophomores Kameron Locy and Daniella Rigby had strong performances for the girls team, she said. 

“I went last (in the 200 free relay) and got my relay first place,” Rigby said. 

Sophomore Evan Stokes swam well for the boys’ team, Dietz said. Also, Nolan Erimias swam the 500 meter race by himself for the boys. 

“(Although) the boys team lost, they still did really well,” Dietz said. 

The swim teams’ next meet is for senior rec on Thursday against Central Catholic and Oakland Catholic at home.
