The funny, animated, tween-teen-friendly movie, The Mitchells vs. The Machines highlights the importance of choosing to communicate and spend time with family, over screen time.

The storyline is one of the most ironic of all time in the world of fictional animated movies. The Mitchells are the most dysfunctional, polar opposite, dorky family — and the last people that anyone would expect to save the world.

The plot starts by focusing on Katie Mitchell and the dysfunctional relationship she has with her father, Rick Mitchell. It ends with both of them teaming together in an attempt to essentially save the world, with the help of their family, of course.

The Mitchells vs. The Machines is the perfect movie to sit down to on a Friday night with family.

The movie shows viewers that technology can stab people in the back. It also shows that spending time with family is much more important than watching a YouTube video because parents sacrifice so much for a happy life.

From the colorful animation to the humorous occurrences, the overall experience makes this movie a must-watch.
