The Baldwin indoor track 4×800 team qualified for states in their competition on Saturday.

The team finished in second place during the competition

The relay team consists of juniors Gina Bolla and Lena Barakat, and sophomores Kaylee Garofalo and Meagan Crough. 

Bolla said the team ran a great race.

“We dropped 25 seconds from last week,” Bolla said.

However, the team has a bigger goal in mind.

“We’re going to try to beat our outdoor time,” Bolla said. “We hope to do our personal best.”
