For juniors and seniors feeling rough from the dog days of the school year, the therapy dogs are visiting on Thursday during all lunch periods.

“Mental health is something everyone should care about for themselves, so it is important that we raise awareness about it,” Gaetano said.

Senior class co-sponsor Leah Younkins assisted in planning this event.

“It’s a great way for everyone to de-stress at the end of the year,” Younkins said.

This is the third year the dogs have been brought in.

As another feature during the week, there will be a free yoga lesson after school in the atrium on Friday.
