The boys volleyball team won a decisive 3-0 victory against Moon Township Tuesday night.

The boys team is now tied for the final spot in the playoffs with three games left in the season.

Senior Tyler Gurchak credited the entire team for the victory.

“We all worked together for the win,” Gurchak said. “No one person stood out because we all played great.”

Despite their solid win, Gurchak still thinks the team needs to improve their communication.

“We did not talk well,” he said. “We let a few balls drop that shouldn’t have been dropped.”

Senior Colin Poe congratulated fellow senior and teammate Colton Barr.

“Colton’s the greatest passer of all time. End quote,” Poe said.

The team’s next game is Thursday against Upper Saint Clair, a team that the Highlanders lost to earlier in the season.

“We should be able to beat them,” Poe said.
