Baldwin’s boys basketball team sealed a comeback against Plum on Saturday, winning by a score of 61-58.

The team was losing for the first three quarters of the game, but they fought back in the fourth to win, junior Andy Degenhardt said.

“Collectively, our defense in the fourth quarter led to a lot of turnovers that really helped us,” Degenhardt said.

Major contributors from the team were senior Christian Barr, who hit the game-winning shot, and sophomore Dorien Ford, Degenhardt said. Degenhardt himself had 16 points on the night.

Despite the win the team still believes that they have things to improve.

“We just need to work on keeping the same intensity throughout the game,” Degenhardt said.

The team’s next game will be on Tuesday against Peters Township at home.
