Apple fails to keep up its grand improvements in new updates.

Tech giant Apple had a great run through the iPhone 6. The bigger design astonished many, and the iconic iOS 9 software update broke the Internet.

However, since then Apple has tumbled downhill, to the point where each new product is the same model except bigger and with a slight change in the display, a new name and a ridiculous purchase price required.

Even the iPads don’t have grand improvements except for a pen that’s included for a separate price. MacBooks are only becoming slimmer and more expensive.

The main reason that Apple is still in demand is because of the hype associated with its name. Apple is a known name and the company uses that each Christmas to promote its newly dropped products. Because it’s expensive, teenagers and adults alike will buy it to show off the amount of money they have.

The newest AirPods are the hottest thing on the market right now. They are literally the top parts with the wired headphones without the chords and they cost up to $160.

However, for people interested in phone features instead of name-brand hype, there are several other phones that are more advanced in different ways. Samsung has surpassed Apple when it comes to battery life and overall durability, since ironically Apple products are also known for being easily breakable.

When Samsung and Apple products are compared, the responsiveness is almost identical, Samsung has a greater variety of accessories, and Samsung’s phones are cheaper.

Apple products do have their advantages, including FaceTime, better emojis and certain unique products like the Apple Watch.

There must be a way for Apple to up its game, so the company won’t have to keep on fooling anyone who has money in their pocket about getting latest overly hyped new thing.
