The boys’ volleyball team suffered a 3-0 loss against Canon Mac yesterday, leaving the team with a 1-3 record.

The girls volleyball team beat Mount Lebanon 3-1 on Tuesday, which means that a victory in the match Thursday at Bethel Park would wrap up a perfect regular season for the Highlanders.

“Being one game away just shows how well we have played throughout the season,” senior Mackenzie Meis said.

The team has been dominant throughout recent years, so this is nothing new for the team.

“It obviously feels good to be this dominant, but we have always had this feeling, since we have been dominant through the entire time I’ve been on the team,” Meis said.

The team is now 13-0 and looks to finish off its season on Thursday night at Bethel Park.

“Even though we clinched the section title last week, tomorrow still feels like a huge game,” Meis said. “We can cement this season as one of the best in Baldwin history with the win.”
