The golf team’s impressive season now will include a trip to the playoffs.

This is the first time in four years the team has made the playoffs, so this is exciting for the players, sophomore Hunter Kozlowski said.

On Tuesday, they will compete in an 18-hole playoff on their own. Their scores then will be compared to another school’s scores, though the Highlanders won’t know in advance which school that will be.

They will play at either Buffalo Golf Course or the Village Golf Course to try to advance to the next round.

“I am proud of how we played this year and how far we have come as a team,” Kozlowski said.

Mt. Lebanon is the section champ in the Highlander’s division.

“We are ready to compete against teams and the opportunities this gives us,” Coach Steve Sinning said.
