The Baldwin boys soccer team ended its two-game skid Thursday night with a 2-0 section victory over Bethel Park.
Juniors Ray Thomas and Pasiphique Osward netted the team’s two goals in the first half.
Thomas really helped to boost the team throughout the entire night, senior Mitchell Kress said.
“Ray really played well last night,” Kress said. “He won every 50-50 ball and he had a really nice goal.”
The team improved its section record to 2-3-1.
“We have the keep carrying this good momentum into next week and just keep working hard,” Kress said.
The team plays again on Saturday morning against Brashear.
