The girls soccer team lost Wednesday’s section game to Upper Saint Clair by a score of 8-0.

“Despite our rough start, sophomore Adriana Marina played well in her midfield position,” senior Erika Kuzman said.

“Our plan from here is not to dwell on it too much. Our coach always tells us to have a short-term memory, and move on to be better,” Kuzman said.

The girls face Upper Saint Clair again on Oct. 6 away.

For now, the girls are focusing on keeping a positive attitude for their next game against Mount Lebanon on Monday.
