The boys volleyball team continued its unbeaten start by sweeping Moon Township 3-0 on Tuesday.

The win moved put the team’s record at 3-0 in section. The undefeated Highlanders are led by seniors Dante Parente, Mike Goga, Ben Remlinger, and Danny Kolski.

While Baldwin defeated Moon Township twice last year, the first game on Tuesday was closer than the Highlanders wanted. The team had an easier time with the final two games.

Junior Colton Barr predicted that the team’s strong start was a sign of things to come.

“I know we will continue to roll,” Barr said.

The team’s next game will be this Thursday against Canon-McMillan.

“They’re pretty good, so we’re going to have to minimize our mistakes,” Barr said.
