The football team will look for its first win this this week against West Allegheny after losing to Upper St. Clair on Friday, 42-12.

Although it was a tough loss, junior Lucas Perfetti said the Highlanders put good effort and their whole hearts into it.

Sophomores Angelo Priore and Mason Stahl had really good games, he said.

One thing the Highlanders have to work on, Perfetti said, is putting in a strong effort for the entire game.

“You have to play all four quarters,” Priore said.

Sophomore Zach Pettit said they are looking forward to the away game at West Allegheny, and will be playing to win.
