The Coach Allen Duda era of Baldwin soccer began with an impact as the Highlanders defeated Ringgold 3-1 on Tuesday night.

Returning starter junior Jared Bell feels that the team has a shot to make a significant step in the right direction this year.

“We have chemistry because a lot of us have been playing together since we were young. We feel this win can carry us into section play with confidence,” Bell said.

The goal scorers for the Highlanders were all seniors: Janvier Ramson, Laun Thar Eh, and Devlin Iaquinta.

The Highlanders visit Thomas Jefferson on Thursday.
