Boys soccer prepares for Peters Township
September 27, 2016
The boys soccer team hopes to improve its section record in their game against Peters Township at home tonight.
Their section record is 0-4-1, and they are hoping to achieve their first win.
“Peters Township will be tough to beat. They are one of the top teams in our section,” team captain, Laun Thar Eh said.
Although Peters Township is a strong competitor, the team is confident in its abilities.
“Overall, if we come together we have a good chance of winning tonight,” junior Damian Pfaff said.
Raymond Thomas is a freshman defender who is a standout player on the team.
“He is really stepping it up this year,” Pfaff said.
The team has been practicing hard this season and is ready to end its losing streak.
“I think we’ll do well. I’m excited to see how it will go,” Eh said.
