The softball team’s successful season continued Tuesday with a 14-0 victory of Upper St. Clair in five innings.
Senior Ana Hale continued her dominating season by tossing a no-hitter. The last time she faced Upper St. Clair she allowed only one hit. Hale also hit a triple in the victory.
“Everyone hit and played good defense, which allowed us to win,” senior Jaimie Schleicher said.
Baldwin has now won three in a row, outscoring opponents 37-1 during the winning streak.
The win puts the section record at 8-2 and in a good place to make the playoffs.
The next game is Thursday as Baldwin travels to face the section leaders, Canon-McMillan. Baldwin is currently one game back from Canon-Mac.
