The boys baseball team continued its hot streak on Friday, downing Carrick 4-0 for another section win.
The boys now have a section record of 3-2 and an overall record of 4-4.
“(Senior) Chris (Eisel) pitched very well. The game was not our best played game,” junior Jon Kozarian said.
Today the boys have a key section game against Bethel Park, a team that currently is tied for the section lead, at home at 4 p.m.
“We just need to keep playing how we have been playing this past week, and play with the same mentality for this game,” Kozarian said.
Senior Sean Kealey will be the starting pitcher for the big game.
