The boys volleyball team earned another section win on Thursday with a sweep of Moon Township.

The victory pushed the team’s overall record to 3-1, and 2-1 in section.

“The game went as planned. We stayed on our toes and passed really well,” junior Jake Reiss said.

The scores of the three sets were 25-21, 25-17, and 25-21.

Senior Peter Wright had another standout performance, racking up multiple kills and blocks. Other standout players included sophomores Mike Goga and Dante Parente, and junior Khu Stewid.

The team’s next game is Monday against Butler at home.
