Tate McRae’s Miss Possessive tour exceeded expectations with an entertaining set at PPG Paints on Wednesday.
This was her first show in Pittsburgh and it is also her first arena tour. She not only played songs off her newest album, but she also played throwback singles from the start of her career, including older songs like “One Day” and “You Broke Me First.”
Among the more popular songs that she performed were “Greedy,” “Run for the Hills,” “Sports Car,” and “2 Hands.”
The setlist also includes her newest song, “Tit for Tat,” which was released almost a month ago, after her rumored split-up with her boyfriend, Kid Laroi.
Along with her popular and catchy songs, McRae added something special to her performance with the choreography for every song. McRae grew up a dancer, and she brought those skills with her while singing, doing splits, and staying in sync with her backup dancers.
McRae’s stage presence is also something that makes the concert so memorable; she looks so comfortable and looks like she is having fun on the stage, making the audience feel connected to her.
The only downside to this concert is how short it was, as McRae played for about an hour and a half. Fans would have loved more music.
