Detroit rapper Tee Grizzley’s recent album is an improvement from his previous works.
The album is called Forever My Moment, and it includes a lot of heavy rap, which is Grizzley’s specialty. There are many good beats on the album, paired with fast, hard-hitting lyrics.
The title and intro track, called “Forever My Moment,” is a great start to the album and probably the best song on the album. It features great intro lyrics, and then the rest of the song has a great beat.
Grizzly’s sixth studio album is only 14 songs long, which makes it extremely easy to listen to from front to back. Being a short album, it does not become repetitive.
Another unique thing about this album is that there is not a single featured artist. Each song is all Grizzley rapping, as he doesn’t get help from anybody else.
Some of the weaker tracks are “Me Too” and “Overthinking.” These songs have some bland lyricism combined with some of the weaker beats from the album.
Overall, this album is pretty good and an improvement from Grizzley’s prior works. Hopefully, his music can continue to improve as he makes more.
