Morgan Wallen’s new album, I’m The Problem, is certainly not a problem.
If listeners were told to listen to an album that had 37 different songs, most would not be interested in investing that much time.
However, Wallen’s new album is a joy to listen to. Nearly every track has its own story and the music warrants a listen.
Wallen collaborates on a few songs for this album, with guests like Tate McRae and Post Malone, which helps his music appeal to even wider audiences. The song with Post Malone, “I Ain’t Comin’ Back,” has a catchy rhythm and chorus and can easily get stuck in your head.
The song “Superman” has lyrics that stand out: “I do the best I can, but Superman’s still just a man sometimes,” which is a relatable idea.
One criticism of this album is that many of the songs can sound very similar, causing the tracks to blend. But overall, the storytelling is way above par for typical country music albums.
